Michael Beck is an executive coach, business strategist, author, and president of Eliciting Excellence. Over his 20 years as a professional executive coach, he has helped leaders improve interpersonal skills, sharpen strategic thinking, and enhance judgment.

He has worked domestically and internationally with a wide range of clients from diverse industries including technology, manufacturing, professional services, healthcare, financial services, and not-for-profit.

Prior to becoming an executive coach, Michael held a variety of executive positions including CEO, CFO and VP of Business Development. His education includes degrees in engineering (BS, MS) from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in finance from the Wharton School of Business.
